What’s Past is Presence
By Lori C. Hawkins
One night Peter wakes his partner Alec in the middle of the night while in the throes of a nightmare and launches Alec on a three-day adventure into the unseen. Peter claims that the source of his nightmare was the discovery that their house was a gruesome Victorian era crime scene. Alec is skeptical of the story, but he becomes very worried about Peter’s mental state when he reports seeing a shadowy presence in their bedroom. When the situation takes a turn for the worse, Alec is in a terrified panic... until Peter does something about it and faces the fallout.
